Bowe Systec is the manufacturer for both. Both of the Turbos can read 2D barcodes and have upper and lower cameras (4 readers on each machine).
Not sure on the age of the equipment, loading the software shows “BICOS 2005”.
The 2 machines are a little different, module breakdown below – biggest difference is the cutter (not shown below on Turbo 2 for some reason) 310 pin feed on Turbo 2 and 380 pin-less on Turbo 1.

TURBO 2:
310 = Cutter
